Lakeside Park

Distance: 6.3 km / 10 min drive

Along the historic Port Dalhousie, you’ll find the most breathtaking views of Lake Ontario at Lakeside Park. Whether you prefer to walk around the park, catch a ride on the carousel, or watch boats and ships pass by, you’re sure to find enjoyment at this park.

Rockway Conservation Area

The Rockway Conservation Area is a great place to enjoy a peaceful long walk in nature. Only a short drive away from the Royal Tuscan, this conservation area has 312 acres of various terrains and greenspaces to enjoy on your next hike. Enjoy the ambient sound of the two waterfalls within the park with heights of 19.5 metres and 12.2 metres while admiring Basswood, Sugar Maple, Black Walnut and Sycamore trees. 

Short Hills Provincial Park

Distance: 7.4 km / 10 min drive

Just southwest from St. Catharines, you’ll find Short Hills Provincial Park. Those who love the outdoors will enjoy the variety of trails that this park has to offer. Each trail offers adventure at every turn. Make sure to check out the Terrace Falls and Swayze Falls while you’re here!
